COPA is hosting a memorial golf tournament on behalf of our members in memory of Clyde Peterson. Clyde passed away in August last year after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was a one-of-a-kind guy who was loved by all and who is dearly missed.
Clyde began his office product sales career with Sellotape, joining Pirie Mckie and Associates in 1975 as the representative for Southwestern Ontario. Clyde soon became a partner and was instrumental in developing Pirie Mckie as a Canadian National Sales Agency. He was passionate about people and his business. As one former colleague put it: “He was a force! A delightful, engaging, shining force.”
Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. Golfers will tee off at 9:00 a.m.
All proceeds from the tournament will go to the Canadian Cancer Society. Golfers will have a chance to buy raffle tickets during lunch to win great prizes! Companies can also help raise funds by sponsoring holes on the course ($100 + HST per hole) to display their company name and logo.
